Pataligunjer Putul Khela Bengali Movie Collection

Pataligunjer Putul Khela was released on 10th January 2025 and directed by Subhankar Sarkar, who is known for his debut film Hadavhoda. This was Sarkar’s second directorial venture, and the movie had a promising setup with a strong cast and interesting storyline.

The film starred Soham Majumdar, Gopal Mukherjee, Ditipriya Roy, As Roy, Paran Banerjee, and Shoibal Mukherjee in key roles. Mir Afsar Ali, who was also a part of Miracle, appeared in this film as well, making it a point of curiosity for audiences familiar with the director’s previous work.

Even though the film received a good IMDb rating of 8.7, it failed to attract audiences to theatres. The estimated budget of the film was approx ₹50 lakhs, but its total box office collection was only ₹17 lakhs.

This huge gap between cost and revenue led to the film being declared a flop. Despite having good performances and a director with potential, the film couldn't perform commercially.
