Prince: Once Upon a Time in Dhaka – Shakib Khan’s Upcoming Eid Film

The budget is reportedly 20 crore Bangladeshi taka, which is quite high for a Bangladeshi film, but since Shakib Khan is in it, the budget is justified.

We saw last year that the film 'Borbaad', released during Eid al-Fitr, was made with a budget of just 15 crore taka and went on to achieve a massive box office collection of 83 crore taka, becoming an all-time blockbuster. It also became the highest-grossing film of all time in Bangladesh.

And just two months later, during Eid al-Adha, he released another movie called Tandav. Its budget was between 10 and 12 crore rupees, and this film also managed to earn 30 crore rupees at the box office, becoming a superhit.  So, we can understand that even if the movie's budget was twenty crore rupees, recovering that amount would not be a big deal for this film, because we know that Shakib Khan's box office collection during Eid is unparalleled; this has been proven time and again.

Meanwhile, the makers have dropped a motion poster for the movie, which announced the film's title, and it has been very well-received and highly praised by both the audience and critics. Now, it remains to be seen when we will get to see the teaser, trailer, or any other footage from this film
